Its results will help you:

• understand your strengths and weaknesses in order to plan your project better
• see that you might need others to help you out

What is the RIASEC test?

The RIASEC model is a career choice theory developed by John Holland. It’s based on six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional.

According to Holland, people with similar personality traits often work in the same fields because they have similar personalities, goals, and even psychological and physical dispositions. When planning a project, we can choose teammates based on the personality traits most suited for carrying out our project.

Please note that this test has no scientific value and may give different results over time. It’s up to you to determine what’s useful for your project.
