Volunteer Project
Organizing a major festival like the Festif! involves the efforts of several hundred people. In total, over 500 people will work or volunteer for the organization during the festival.
Come join them! You’ll have a chance to get involved in several different aspects of the festival and to see what really happens behind the scenes in music festivals.
Tasks
Help the set designer with set elements, from setup to breakdown | Help setup and breakdown the entire festival site | Shifts at the bar, welcome area and ticket booth
Hosting Partner
Le Festif! is a non-profit organization founded on November 24, 2009. Created by a group of young people in their early twenties who wanted to bring some youthful energy to their city, the organization created the Festival Le Festif! de Baie-St-Paul. 12 years later, it is considered one of Quebec’s most beautiful and innovative festivals and draws over 45,000 from all different corners of the province. Each edition features over 125 concerts and about 100 journalists visit to provide coverage of the occasion. A major tourist event, the Festif! welcomes 74% of its clientele from outside of the Charlevoix region.
