Volunteer camp projects
Camp Misquah needs volunteers to improve the camp’s infrastructure and supervise campers. This project will make a significant difference in campers’ lives and how they see the world. Volunteers will be trained on how to intervene with people who have an intellectual disability, which will allow them to support camp staff during activities.

Camp Misquah is a summer camp that offers a unique camp experience adapted to children and adults with an intellectual disability. With its energetic team and high staff-to-camper ratio, Camp Misquah has been organizing very affordable and amazing summer camps for more than 50 years. Also, many students and volunteers come back over the years to help out.
Camp Characteristics
Volunteers will be sleeping in dormintories. Food will be provided by the cafeteria. There will be no or very little access to internet.
This volunteer camp is accessible to all.
