SE Module 2: Introduction (1/12)

A project idea can come from a discussion, observation, exchange, etc. The best outcome is when it addresses a real need.

So, try to find a solution to the problem by observing your community’s needs.

However, if you want to implement a service that aligns with your interests in your community, you’ll have to ask yourself a few questions, such as “what will it be used for, does it meet a need, is it the right time, the right place, etc.?”

When you’re well prepared, you can be more efficient and maximize your project’s success rate!

Module goals:

  • Know the difference between personal and community needs
  • Identify the different project parties and define their role
  • Understand the community’s needs
  • Establish specific goals
